We are seeking an individual who is self-motivated, organized and able to be flexible in their role with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a professional administrative setting. This full-time Accounting Administrative Assistant position is responsible for preparation and execution of monthly invoicing and month-end accounting procedures.
The candidate must have a strong skill set in typing, business correspondence and business procedures. Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills are of the utmost importance in this position.
