Matthew Gagnon has over 9 years of mechanical engineering and project management experience. Matthew is passionate about making mechanical systems as streamlined as possible, ensuring they are easier to maintain and more cost-effective. His attention to detail and ability to work with clients to achieve their vision for the project make him an invaluable member of our team.

Baxter Wong has been with Rocky Point since 2020. With over 35 years of experience in the Mechanical Consulting business, Baxter is well-respected in the industry for his knowledge and expertise in Tenant Improvement and Special Projects. He has undertaken and led many designs for renovation type and new build projects in various sectors, including civic, commercial, retail, and office.

Ian Jones is a Mechanical Engineer in our Victoria office and joined Rocky Point in 2018. With over 15 years of experience, Ian adds a wealth of knowledge to his projects, including improving central plants, adding redundancy, and improving energy usage. He has worked on numerous projects, including commercial, residential, institutional, recreational, district systems, and industrial facilities. 

Kevin Hill started his Engineering Consulting career as a Technologist and draftsperson in 2000. He returned to school to obtain his Professional Engineering degree and joined Rocky Point in 2020. Kevin’s focus over the past 15 years has been with Post Secondary Education institutions, working closely with Campus Planning & Development and Facilities Maintenance Personnel.

Chad Chilibeck is a Design Technologist and Project Manager who recently relocated to our Kamloops office after spending the last 11 years in our Langley location. He has been involved in the design of HVAC and plumbing systems for various residential and commercial projects, incorporating the latest green technology.
