your field review up to 14 days in advance, and cancel or change it the day
before the inspection. You may request a morning or afternoon inspection. Should there be special requirements for the
field review, just identify the requirements in the email.

- Confirmation of
the field review will usually be confirmed the same day.
When are field reviews required:
Field reviews are required to fulfill the
requirements of the letters or assurance signed and sealed by your professional
at the time of building permit and are in addition to the inspections performed
by the local authority. If these field
reviews are not performed, a final schedule C-B can likely not be provided.
Field reviews should take place at every stage of the plumbing, mechanical and fire
protection installation. Depending on
the project, field reviews for the following systems will need to be carried
out.
- Below grade drain tile, grade sanitary,
storm, water, gas prior to backfill
- Hydrostatic testing on storm, sanitary
piping stacks
- Storm, sanitary, water and gas rough-in.
- Ductwork distribution and hydronic piping
rough-in
- Gas piping rough-in
- Plumbing fixture installation review
- Equipment rough-in on roof, mechanical
rooms and ceiling space
- Boiler, heat pump and chiller equipment
- DDC and control system rough-in
- Semi-final system deficiency review
- Final system deficiency review
- One and Two Year Warranty reviews
