Baxter has over 35 years experience in the mechanical design industry, and is well respected in the industry for his knowledge and expertise in Tenant Improvement and Special Projects.   With his expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design, as well as all phases of contract administration, Baxter has undertaken and led many designs for both renovation and new build projects in the Office sectors, as well as Special Use projects, Educational Civic, Healthcare and Light Industrial projects.   He is known for his commitment and involvement in every project, ability to identify and resolve design issues, and his professional aptitude and knowledge.
