Mark has over 40 years of experience in the mechanical and plumbing design industry,  specializing in institutional projects such as hospitals, laboratories, schools, and recreational facilities, including pool design. He has extensive knowledge in specialty systems, energy design, plumbing, medical gas and fire suppression systems. Mark is responsible for day-to-day design development and mechanical drawings. He is involved in all stages of a project including detailed and conceptual building systems design, budgeting, procurement and specifications, preparation and estimations of labour and materials, client negotiations, scheduling, project management, construction administration and field reviews. Mark has a wide range of experience across different projects which allows him to bring a fresh perspective to every job.
