The renovation project encompassed a complete overhaul of the parking area, demolition of a section of the production building, and the addition of new facilities such as a tasting room, VIP tasting room, barrel room, sales area, washrooms, reception, and support spaces. In addition to these changes, there was also an upgrade of the HVAC system to improve indoor air quality and overall comfort. The team gave careful thought to the selection of components and equipment to ensure they harmonized with the scenic countryside.

Our scope of work included designing heat recovery chiller and boilers connected to 4-pipe fan coils, radiant heating floors. The heat recovery chiller utilizes the heat rejected from cooling barrel rooms and tanks in the cold seasons to heat the building.
