Grandview Heights Secondary, a new 3 storey school with the capacity for 1,500 students features a Performing Arts Theatre, 2 Gymnasiums, Lobby, Gathering Hall, Multi-Purpose Rooms, Dance Studio opening out onto a plaza, a Full-Service Kitchen, and Industrial Shops.

Rocky Point created the plumbing and mechanical systems design for the project, which boasts a cutting-edge mechanical system. This system incorporates displacement ventilation throughout the building, as well as a specialized heat recovery chiller plant, air side heat recovery, and demand control ventilation exhaust systems.
