The boiler plant upgrade will include replacement of existing boiler system with new Viessmann or Cleaver Brooks model high efficiency condensing natural gas boilers to suit a heating capacity of 3,000 MBH. It will also incorporate new primary pumps, primary-secondary pipe distribution in the boiler room, expansion tank, side stream filter, air separator, chemical treatment, venting and controls. Replacement of radiant ceiling panels will also be included to maximize operation efficiencies of condensing boilers.

Project Scope:

• Two new 3,000 MBH high efficiency condensing natural gas fired boilers
• Full piping replacement within the boiler room
• Domestic water pre-heat from heating water heat exchanger
• High efficiency on demand water heaters
• Primary and secondary circulation pumps with variable speed control
