The Osoyoos Barn, situated amidst the beautiful vineyards of British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley, is a fully equipped facility for contemporary viticulture. Its design pays homage to the region’s agricultural structures and provides weather protection for all the necessary equipment. To ensure optimal temperature control and air quality in the various spaces, a state-of-the-art Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) heat-recovery system has been installed. This system provides efficient heating and cooling capabilities for the barn’s interior. Additionally, a boiler and chiller system are available for regulating the temperature of the wine process tanks.
