The Parkcrest Elementary current replacement project which is scheduled to open in 2024, is being built to LEED gold standards.  The original school  was destroyed by fire in 2019. The new school includes 18 Classrooms, 3 Kindergarten Rooms, gymnasium, and a neighbourhood learning centre space.

• Variable speed pumping systems,
• Future EV solar panels,
• Ultra-low flow plumbing fixtures with a high performance envelope
