In partnership with Mamele’awt Qweesome Housing Society, this 60-unit affordable housing project consists of a 6-storey wood frame structure built above a single-storey parkade, totaling 54,560 square feet. In addition to the 60 units, there are 9 units located in a separate secure area that are reserved for use by the Autumn House Youth Housing Program. The project also includes amenity space and a lounge area that residents can use for their enjoyment. This development aims to provide safe, secure and affordable housing for those in need, while also providing a supportive environment for youth.
