Our work experience encompasses summary overviews to large in-depth studies of buildings and campuses to determine accurate energy end-use consumption. This information is then used to model a variety of energy conserving measures to determine economic paybacks. A typical energy audit includes a site review where every energy using device is noted with expected annual runtimes. An energy model is created and balanced to an average of the energy bills for the facility. With this process, the energy end-use distribution can be determined. This information is extremely valuable and forms the basis of further energy conserving measure analysis, grant and incentive submissions and green house gas reporting.
